Tradekey Strongest Weapon

Service Delivery is most strongest weapon of Tradekey. They have very energetic, talented, and experienced peoples. Who providing valuable services to their valuable customers. That's why Tradekey retained their 50% members. Which is very good retention ratio. Even Alibaba is unable to achieve 50% retention ratio. I think that's why they are fast growing company in B2B industry.

Yahoo Sued Over Alibaba Payment Restructuring

News from Yahoo! Inc. regarding Alipay restructuring and getting misled by Alibaba Group caused Yahoo! Inc. to get sued by its shareholders.

The investors, in a complaint filed in federal court in San Francisco, claim that Yahoo! was failed to tell them by May 10, 2011 that its $1 billion investment in Alibaba was “severely impaired” by the transfer of the payment business, Alipay, to a closely held company controlled by Alibaba Chairman Jack Ma.

Yahoo management was informed no later than March 31 about the restructuring, which reduced the value of the company's investment in Alibaba by billions of dollars, according to the complaint.

According to the suit: Chinese regulations that precipitated the restructuring were anticipated in 2009, requiring “Yahoo or Alibaba to divest themselves of Alipay but Yahoo had failed to develop a strategy to recover the value it had in Alibaba,"

Alibaba in response had said in July 29, 2011 that its two biggest shareholders, Yahoo and Softbank Corp. (9984), Japan's third-biggest mobile carrier, agreed to a compensation deal that may result in Alibaba receiving as much as $6 billion from Alipay. The agreement ended a four-month dispute between Alibaba, China's biggest e-commerce company, and foreign shareholders over the spinoff of Alipay.

Yahoo said previously that the sale of the online payment business to Jack Ma's company last year lacked the approval of the board and was only disclosed to investors in March 2011.

The lawsuit was filed on behalf of the Twin City Pipe Trades Service Association based in Saint Paul, Minnesota.

Dana Lengkeek, a Yahoo spokeswoman, had no immediate comment on August 8, 2011.

The case is Twin City Pipe Trades Pension v. Yahoo! Inc., 11-03870, U.S. District Court, Northern District of California (San Francisco).

An Alibaba Group spokesman declined to comment.
Chinese Internet firms have expanded their mobile presence by developing operating systems, games and applications to tap the high growth of the segment.

How to get high Google Pagerank

If anybody want to get high Google Pagerank, Then they should follow the following tricks.
Everyone knows that if your website has a high Google Pagerank, you have all chances to reach good search engine positions, to get serious partners, or simply get more money selling text links.
But how to get a high Pagerank? (Let's clarify: saying ‘high Pagerank', we mean at least PR6)
Of course there are many different ways. You may start exchanging links with PR1-2 websites, then with PR2-3, then with PR3-4 etc… and after a year of this madness you'll probably get a result. But till that time, your mailbox will burst from tons of “link exchange proposals” and your website will look more like a free-for-all directory. Or you may start writing articles adding your website URL in the bottom, but not everyone can do this, and it'll also require many months of efforts.
But here's the better way!
There are many websites with strong search engine positions and high Pagerank, where you can buy text links for a certain fee. Depending on the strength of a website and the value of its links, it may cost from $10 to $3000 (and more) for a ROS (run-of-site) text link. Everything will depend on your budget and goals. If your goal is PR6 - it may cost for example $200 per month to reach it. Yes, it's not cheap, but it's only the first step…
So, you go ahead and buy the link(s); and after the next Pagerank update (generally once a month), you get your fair PR6 (let's suppose that it takes 1 month and $200).
During the second month you need to hurry up, and to organize several link exchange campaigns with other PR6 (or even PR7) websites. Remember: you're not a newbie any more - you're “PR6 website”.
3-5 campaigns should be enough. This month will also cost you $200… BUT… after the end of the month, when you have several working link exchange campaigns, you simply stop buying text links and wait for the next update.
If you made everything correctly, you will not loose your Pagerank (maybe even increase it).
So here's the simple way to reach PR6 for quite reasonable price. Or course $400 may be a big amount for a young webmaster or a newbie. But it'll save you from many months of exhausting work, from headaches; and it'll save your time. Finally, you'll also be able to sell your own text links in order to return your investments.
Good luck.

36 suspects Arrested by China Polic Over Alibaba Fraud Case

China Police taken an brilliant action against the scammers.
36 suspects have been arrested in China for allegedly operating scams that netted US$6.6 million from customers of B2B websites like Alibaba.com, Tradekey.com, etc...

The arrested suspects operated by pretending to be legitimate suppliers on Alibaba.com. The arrests were made in the Putian, Chinese in April 2011, but were only disclosed on Wednesday at a news conference held by Alibaba and Hangzhou's public security bureau.

Buyers either did not get the products ordered while payments had been made to sellers or either they recieved totaly different or lower quality product. In past few years since online B2B marketplaces developed rapidly it had become a norm for buyers to get scammed.

As per the statement issued from Alibaba Hanzhou, the suspects used Alibaba.com and others websites to scam customers. Names of other websites has not been issued by Chinese police yet.

Alibaba took action against 36 suspects who were allegedly seen involved in fraud cases that had threatened to damage the reputation of Alibaba.com. In February, company took a bold step and revealed 2,326 suppliers on the alibaba.com website who had been engaged in scams against overseas buyers from 2009 to 2010. The fraud was so extensive that 100 sales people, along with several supervisors and sales managers were found responsible for allowing the crimes to evade detection.

Alibaba.com, and its parent company Alibaba Group, have sought to reassure customers of the site's safety. Alibaba.com's CEO and COO both resigned in response to the fraud cases, while employees involved with the fraud were terminated. Alibaba has also paid $1.94 million to compensate buyers who were victims on the fraud.

The 36 suspects, however, were only responsible for part of the fraudulent transactions committed on Alibaba.com, said Chan. The company has been assisting Chinese police to track down other suspects involved with e-commerce scams.

Following the disclosure of the fraud cases, Alibaba.com has taken new measures to prevent scams from taking place. Since February, the number of fraud complaints received monthly by Alibaba.com has declined 70 percent, according to the company.
